Terrible experience! Never again!
Day of check-in contacted the so called host and advised him the stove top was not working properly. Also the TV in the bedroom did not work. He said he would visit the following day after 2:00. He never showed up. Two days later my contacted him and he was very rude to her. He spoke to her very ugly and she was communicating with him in Spanish. He finally agreed to send someone the next day but once again never bothered to have anyone come to fix the issues. Also he had agreed to exchange the towels and bed sheets since we would be staying 9 nights
In this apartment. She reminded him of this and you guessed it he did not do this either. If we had not prepaid our stay we would have changed to another hotel since with all these issues and the apartment also having towels that were old and more like rags I would have not stayed at this location. I very seldom ever send in a review and let alone a negative one. I felt this time it was important to send in this review. Again, this so called host could care less about any issues once he received the funds for the apartment. Also be aware his temperament is unacceptable! Terrible experience for what was suppose to be a nice vacation for my wife and I.
