"This is a charming, traditional, New Mexican type of property. It’s a dry desert area, so you can’t expect a lot of beautiful foliage and landscaping, but the property itself is well cared for and remote and quiet. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. It was a very hot spell, and my room would not cool down below about 77°, but that was probably because of the type of room I had. Overall, it was very bearable, and very well worth the stay."

"It is rustic, and even though opulence is not to be found here, there is nowhere in this world where I would rather spend a vacation, or heck, even a short stay. The staff are kind and competent, the restaurant quite good, there is a Georgia O’Keefe museum on the grounds…what is not to like?"

"On our trip to NM this was by far our favorite hotel we stayed in. The staff was amazingly friendly. Helpful with directions and advice regarding the area. Some rooms have a fridge and microwave, while the suites have a full kitchen. Breakfast was very good as well. They are large and clean. Laundry was a bit expensive 2.50 for each, takes quarters. "
