The hotel was very nice staff friendly, standard to cleanliness very good, the hotel was a bit further than I expected from where I was working, but that was fine it was a lovely hotel come back to in the evenings, would recommend :-)

We were off to a bit of challenging start but the employee's quickly sorted it out. After that everything was great. The food in the restaurant was delicious and smiled all the time.. The hotel is placed quite a bit from Bologna city centre. We stayed here because of the Imola F1 Grand Prix. Buses to the local train station is a 30 minutes walk from the hotel and there was weirdly enough no buses to get there. The taxi-driver scammed us but it is not the hotels fault. Maybe the hotel at events like F1 or other big races at Imola should set up some sort of shuttle bus. All in all we had a really good experience with Una Hotels. And when the pool is built it will be quite a good resort in calm surroundings.

Great family stay at a convenient location

Good family stay, reception was there to quickly solve issues and provide additional resources when asked for. Breakfast has a good variety and good coffee. The area is safe and nice with some good restaurants around.

The breakfast wasn't that bad but it wasn't something to say wow, every day the same thing and the hams weren't fresh, we decided to have dinner there one night and for us the dinner wasn't from 1 to 10 it was 4, for the type of The hotel should improve the food, the rest of the hotel as a property was excellent.

Excellent Cleansiness and a Good Breakfast. Air Conditioner was an issue in the first room which was assigned but we were given another room the next day and the A/C was fine there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place is easy to get to by Bus No 90 from Piazza Cavour but the last bus is at 2045 hrs, I believe. After 2045 Hrs you need to use the 19B if you can get one, else the 19A and walk a bit further. The Neighbourhood seems to be quite and safe.

Never Again!

At the arrival I was given a classic single room as I booked. Photos shown was including a bathtub with glass while the one they gave me was with curtains. That was an accessible room where you just walk in nothing to prevent from water drops. When I asked them to change to another classic single room I was told that all rooms in that category are the same. And I said photos are showing wrong information then. They replied it was general images. However I re-opened the app that I used by hotels.com and showed them it is not general photos but room photos specificly. So it was wrong. They said there is nothing they can do. I said if I new it was the case then I would not book that room or hotel. They said only way is to pay €15 more for another room type. I had to pay it to get a proper shower room. The receptionist that checked me in was nice however her associate lady was not any friendly when I claimed the problem. Breakfast was not any good. Location is good. They have enough parking space (unsecured). Wifi worked well. Decent room size. Upgraded room that I got was full moist wall just next to my bed. Bathtub was cracked and that is the way next to the bathtub. Room is quite dated. Doors get any noise in to the room. I had a late meeting so wanted to rest some longer after a long driving but room service got into other doors around 09:00 so I could not stay. The chair in the room full of stains. All as seen on the photos that i uploaded. Never would go back there!
