"Podere Brizio is a beautiful property in an ideal location within Tuscany. The entire staff are very professional and friendly. We ate breakfast and dinner every day during our stay, and very much enjoyed the cuisine. Oh, and believe me, their own Brunello di Montalcino is very tasty!"

"This was a true highlight of our Italy vacation. Would highly recommend at least the half board option for dinner- it was amazing. AND- also highly recommend the cooking class. This was a true comfortable and cozy stay in the lovely rooms and dreamy Tuscan countryside!! "

"It was an amazing stay! Mauro went out of his way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed the relaxing stay, the beautiful grounds, and the convenience of being in a centralized location for travel to small towns all within an hour. "Really good experience. No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom and learnt to deal with approach road which unfortunately was similar to other roads in Italy but a shock. Staff great though."

"Our stay was outstanding. We got to stay in an 8th century abbey! We had so much space and a full kitchen. Beautiful property. Our hosts were outstanding, very attentive, responsive, excellent breakfast prepared by the family, good wine made on-site, option for traditional dinner (we didn’t have it but it was nice to have the option), just wonderful overall! Laura and her daughters and husband do an amazing job. "
