"Perfect spot close to the Dunes for our family. The place was easy, comfortable and clean. Parking right in front of room was convenient for unloading and loading. We really appreciated the coffee!"

"The only problem we had was getting a wheelchair over to the ramp. The sand and rock landscaping makes it extremely difficult to get the wheelchair to the ramp. For guests with wheelchairs the door openings for the bathrooms on the main floor are not wide enough for a wheelchair or walker. We would have loved mattress toppers on the main floor bedrooms. The house was perfect for our large group with plenty of dining space and great entertainment area downstairs. The porches front and back are great for watching the wildlife. The house was very clean and the coffee in the morning was fully stocked with lots of choices. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental."

"We loved our stay at Hummingbird Hideaway - it’s a clean, well appointed and quiet place to return to when your day is done (or when you need a nap if I’m honest :-) We enjoyed coffee and yoga on the deck in the morning and a glass of something with sunset and stars. Our dog’s favorite activity was chasing chipmunks - although she didn’t catch any and no animals were harmed. The owners respond to any questions promptly and are both helpful and friendly. If you are in the area, we highly recommend staying here!"

"Excellent stay overall. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a great choice for families. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. There isn’t a washer or dryer so be prepared for that. I would gladly stay here again and would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a well-kept, family-friendly place to stay."
