I liked its proximity to hiking trails, the beautiful pool which was heated to a very pleasant temperature, but not too warm, and the staff who were very responsive to my request for a room with easy access to the pool.

We loved staying here. Love the pool and hot tub! Very friendly staff. In the breakfast room is Rosalina and she is excellent! Rosalina is super friendly and very helpful. She makes everyone feel welcome. You can tell she enjoys her job.

Nice hotel but we had several concerns: 1) the toilet kept running most of the night; 2) we noticed that someone dropped cereals in the elevator and it was never cleaned. Our observation reveal the present of the cereal was never clean. It was there at our departure after three days; and 3) the ice machine was located in a separate corridor secured by a door. That’s a good thing. But needs a sign or something indicating you need a key to re enter the corridor. Otherwise is was a great stay

I'd really like to know why Best Western keeps a pretty unkempt and worn floored fitness room when this perk is something many guests would love to enjoy. The equipment is organized in a very small (and almost unsafe manner) for any kind of exercise. For example, they have one or two unwashed yoga mats that can be placed in just a small footprint between two exercise bikes and machinery. This is just begging for an accident. Please increase the fitness space in your establishments. You will capture more customers this way and they will feel better about themselves. The shower water runs out of the basin and floods the bathroom. The curtain and or threshold is not enough to prevent this. Clean mattresses and ample television options.
