AMENITIES:
We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.
ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
PARKING:
There is a driveway with room for three vehicles. Additional parking available on the street.
THE DRIVE:
Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house!
INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and studio.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
The backyard features a bocce court, in ground trampoline, outdoor seating, fire pit and BBQ grill. Waivers MUST be signed to utilize trampoline & backyard amenities.
BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed; one with a full bed, and the third with three twin beds. There are also queen sized pullout sofa beds in the living room and studio. Total accommodations can sleep 11 guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
SECURITY:
Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
PET-FRIENDLY:
Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $100 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them. Waste bags are provided.

We are available 24/7 via the app.
