"This was a comfortable place to stay away from the crowds. The neighborhood is authentic and not a tourist location, and we found some great dinner and gelato places nearby, along with a nice walking/biking path. The apartment is simple with no frills, but had what we as a family needed. The host was very friendly and helpful! We did get tired of riding the T1 tram 10-15 min in and out of Venice each day but this is part of the choice to stay here."

"It was a lovely apartment in a great location; easy walking distance to all the major sights. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Giacomo picked me up from the train station and drove me to the apartment, and I was able to check in right away! I very much enjoyed my stay here."

"Very clean and host was very friendly/helpful. It was a little difficult to find but the host was there when we arrived to show us where it was. Only gave 4 stars for neighborhood as it was under construction/renovations around the area. Once that is done, would definitely give it 5 stars! There was tea, coffee, dish/laundry and bath soaps as well as olive oil, balsamic, etc. to use which is always nice! If we ever return to Italy, we would definitely stay here."

"Comfortable and clean. Gated parking a plus. Owner friendly and helpful. Use of air conditioning cost extra but not a lot. Mosquitos a problem so could not open windows for ventilation. Screening them would help. Also a fan for air movement would be nice. Otherwise it was great. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance.
