"I was disappointed , the floors were very dirty and it looked like the baseboards has never been clean ,underneath the sink was a big hole "

"The hotel from the outside was not appealing. The first room we were put in was not clean. Their were bugs in the rooms on the walls. There were exposed pipes in the room and the sheets were also questionable. We made the host take us to several rooms before finding one that acceptable to stay in with a baby. The hotel does not look like the pictures on the website. There are half painted walls and no AC in the main hallways. "

"The elevator was not working, the fridge in the room did not work."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. Check in was fine but then once we got to the room that’s where it went South. The room was filthy , the sheets had blood, bodily fluids and covered in someone else’s hair. Everything in the room was covered in dust and the toilet seat was cracked in half. We returned to the desk where the worker did appologize and gave us another room , that was even worse. Everything was broke in there , tv and cabinets and then there was no comforters and the sheets were dirty as well. "

"Clean room, Great breakfast included, complimentary drink when arriving and movie night at the pool was fun my kids enjoyed the free snacks as well. "

"After checking into a different hotel prior and experiencing an absolute disgusting room we changed over to the Hampton and have a top notch experience from the beginning. Brianna provided all the information and got us all checked in quickly."

"When we got to our room the sheets looked like they were dirty. I let the staff know and asked them to change the sheets. They made our beds but didnt change our sheets like requested. "
