The staff was very helpful and polite but unfortunately, one of the house cleaning staff accidentally left our hotel room door open after cleaning our room thank goodness nothing was stolen. We’re not mad but they just need to be a little more careful next time.

It’s rare that I am this pleasantly surprised by a hotel! Typically for a resort like this, it’s extremely expensive. So when I saw the price, my expectations weren’t so high. This resort is wonderful! We were greeted by the sweetest woman at the front desk who was happy to explain all the various amenities of the resort. She gave us lots of tips to improve our experience. She even welcomed us with a complimentary beverage. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We also had an amazing view of the pool and lake from our patio. The resort included multiple pools, spas, restaurants, a free bucket of golf balls at the driving range, tennis, paddle boards, bikes, kayaks, pontoon boat rentals, heck they even asked if I wanted to take a guitar! Excellent resort and an amazing value.

It was very nice and relaxing staff was great seems like there was a problem with the direct tv all during our stay the umbrellas at the pool are very unsafe one came out of the pole some were all ripped up looks like upgrades are needed at the pool lots of missing tiles

This trip was a gift to my daughter who turned 45 years old. I purchased it early Not sure why they gave her and husband a room with bunk beds and kids room. They are a couple that were there to enjoy a weekend together to celebrate my daughter’s birthday ! Made no sense
