The toilet handle was loose, making it difficult to flush. There were only thin curtains on the windows, which faced a brightly lit parking lot and shopping center - it was difficult to sleep with all the light pollution in the room. Upon arrival, I was also required to put down a $25 "room deposit", even though I had paid in full in advance. Though it was eventually refunded, I feel that I should have been advised of this upfront. "
