"The property was beautiful and very clean. An older hotel but gives that historical México City Vibe. Great location for shopping and museums. The Cafe is amazing and very accommodating. The restaurant upstairs has a great view and the food and drinks are wonderful. The staff is great upon check in but after that we felt we didn’t exist or like we were intruding. Coming in and out of the hotel, we were no longer greeted or offered drinks and most of the time didn’t even get a hello or goodbye. When checking out and leaving with luggage, nobody offered to help or ask if we needed anything. "

I recommend this place for sure very nice and clean , a little store on the side of the building and a restaurant with the best oatmeal ever !! Will definitely stay here again ."
