"Muy mala experiencia.
Al hacer el check-out intentaron cobrarme el IVA pese a ser extranjero y pagar con una tarjeta emitida en el exterior. Si hubiera desconocido la normativa, me lo habrían cobrado. Al señalar el error, insistieron diciendo que “tienen la orden de cobrarlo si hay un argentino en la habitación”, una explicación que no justifica incumplir la ley.
Además, nadie del personal de atención al cliente habla inglés. Para un hotel que recibe turistas internacionales, esto dificulta...
