"From start to finish, our stay at Exe Estepona was absolutely fabulous.
The hotel is exceptionally well managed by Raquel, whose leadership is reflected in the friendly, attentive, and professional service provided by all the staff. We were particularly impressed by how Raquel took the time to mingle with guests and chat with them during breakfast, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere.
The pool area is superb—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and a wonderful place to relax. The food served by the pool was outstanding, and we highly recommend the burgers, which were absolutely delicious.
We stayed in a Superior Room and were pleasantly surprised by its size. The room featured a spacious wraparound balcony complete with two sun loungers, making it the perfect place to unwind. The bed was enormous and incredibly comfortable, while both the room and bathroom were impeccably clean.
Overall, our stay was perfect. We would especially like to commend Desiree and Raul, who consistently went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service throughout our visit. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our experience even more memorable.
