We choose this place because the proximity to the theme park. The restaurant was good, nice menu options, people was friendly, AC in the room work good all day, rooms were cleaned in the morning, not sure if WiFi is provided but was not offered and I did not asked. Everything was really good. 400 dollars for 3 nights, breakfast included, not bad.

Good choice for visiting Xocomil

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at Zafra. It’s located very close to Xocomil, where we went on Saturday. The included breakfast was good. We would do it again.

The property over all is clean. The food at the restaurant was also very good. The maintenance is lacking a little The drainstop in our bathroom shower was broken, and the tile floor was uneven, so the water puddles. The staff is very courteous and helpful.

The place was really nice in appearance. The pool had the perfect temperature for when we went in at 7pm. The pool was clean as well as the rooms. The rooms were comfortable but lacked hair conditioning and body wash/shampoo separation. The parking was extremely convenient because the are situated in front of the rooms. The breakfast included with the stay consisted of a classical Guatemalan breakfast which was excellent and the service a 10 of 10. In overall, great place and very close to Irtra parks.

The beds are too hard, they need to provide a better maintenance to the facilities especially the showers. I took a shower and then the water didn't turn off, the faucets were mismatched, the mirrors old, the grass needs to be maintenance. The food at restaurant on the other hand was excellent, and their staff was great. The pool was too small.

Dirty and smelly room, dirty hallways, loud and drunk people all over the hotel, no restrictions at all. Terrible food options, terrible taste as well, dirty dishes all over the restaurant. I was traveling with my family and a baby.

Great Hotel for Price and location

Great little hotel close to the theme parks and attractions. It was very clean and the staff super friendly. Celest, who works in the restaurant was really engaging and friendly. Food was delicious and breakfast was a great way to start the day of exploring the area. For the price and location this is a great option. Rooms are clean and tidy, noise from the road and bar is noticiable but usually quietens down around 2300.
