"Arrived unable to access apartment due to construction going on which we were unaware of. The area in front of the access door was completely blocked by contractors vehicles with wire fence and orange tape. After making enquires it was ascertained this was the access to apartment, on entering with our bags we had to make our way through dust construction debris and 8-10 workman carrying bucket loads of construction material which they were emptying on their truck parked outside the apartment...

"The apartment is located on a side road with separate entrance. Very friendly host with 2 cute little dogs. So we had a lot of fun and cuddles. Close to Palmanova and Aquileia as well as to the beach in Grado. Everything is within 30 minutes by car or 2 hours by Bicycle. The apartment is well equipped. Was a very pleasant stay "

"Good location, near city center. Too small for a family of four (no space for eating when sofa bed is open). Building with construction work ongoing. Loud noise from boiler when neighbors used the water. Limited kitchen amenities."
