"We arrived late, the host was very angry. The place doesn’t have elevator while we have heavy luggage and we were offered no help. We also had to share a bathroom. "The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm.
