"Un albergo ad ore: sporco , distante dal dentro in una zona depressa senza nulla intorno. Con TV che dava solo film porno. Servizio taxi inesistente : ho provato a chiamare radio taxi ma non sono riuscita a prenotare ( credo perché lontano dal centro )"

"This is the worse Novotel I've ever stayed at. The location was in a bad area with a lot of trash outside of the parking lot. There are insects everywhere in the hotel and flies in the room. We were in floor 1 room 123. When we first checked our room, we noticed the red sheet had dead bugs in it ..."

"We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised."
