"The check-in process was smooth. The hotel was beautiful. The room was immaculate. A lot smaller than I anticipated but we made it work. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet and breakfast staff exceeded our expectations. The airport shuttle booking process was very simple and I’m happy that they can take you to the two malls (MOA and Ayala). Ayala was in walking distance, so we opted to do that. I look forward to my next trip back to the Philippines. "

I appreciate it when I can eat at the hotel restaurant & not feel like I’m being gouged on prices & the rooftop restaurant does this big time! "

"My stay at the Makati Shangrila has always been great and I will continue to stay there whenever I go back to the Philippines, most especially the staff, very courteous. My only regret was not able to get a reservation at the Sage Restaurant with my wife for a couples dinner, on Valentine’s Eve, next time will all in advance. I love coming back "

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The view from the rooftop at sunset was nice."
