"This property does not deserve the reviews it has. Overall it was just OK. It is very far from the center of town (45 min walk, relatively dangerous, had to arrange our own transportation). The breakfast was not good—the coffee had a sulfur taste, with an aftertaste like cigarette water; it was undrinkable. The pastries were stale, and the hard boiled eggs were undercooked. The staff would charge extra for every little thing (5 euros to rent a towel at the beach, etc). The room felt like a...

"The property was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful. The beach is a five minute walk from property - small and rocky but nice. A taxi to the center of town is 15 euros and about a 5 minute drive, or a 30 minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful over What'sApp - gave us recommendations, helped us with taxis, and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Residence Magarà and Cefalu in general"
