The building with elevator is located in the area of Lido dei Pini, very close to the pinewood that leads to Pluto’s beach and to the Promenade of Lido dei Pini.
Our cozy flat is on the 2nd floor and it is ideal for 4/6 guests. It has a living room with a single sofa bed and a second pull out single bed, an equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 blind bathroom with shower curtains, a lateral sea view terrace and a numbered and covered parking space.
This lovely apartment offers an ideal space to enjoy your vacation, whether with a group of friends or family.

-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
