Air conditioning was great throughout the house other than in the two downstairs bedrooms in the garage which were both very hot but the large fans provided helped. "We recently stayed at Mikels property for nearly a month. Mikel is a great host and exceptionally helpful. The house is ideally located and is around a 15 minute walk to the beach where there are a few nice places to eat - the supermarket is a ten minute walk. We loved our time here and will definitely visit again - thank you Mikel xxx"

"Koude februari en warme maart gaf ons verblijf twee gezichten. Met name de stoelen hebben verbetering nodig. De service van de eigenaar was altijd vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht. Op de stoelen na is dit adres een aanrader. Wij hebben genoten!"

"There were 12 of us in the property and we had a wonderful vacation. The house is super divided and outside a dream with pool and outdoor kitchen, with everything you need. To the beach you need about 5 min walk. The pool was cleaned during our Aufenteilt. The communication was perfect. Highly recommended accommodation."

"It's a very nice hotel. All rooms have a balcony and air conditioning. Minor issues in my room were dealt with quickly. There is a beach bar and a terrace bar on the top floor where the sunsets are glorious. Just bear in mind that because of the hotel location, on the beach and in the middle of Santa Pola, it can get a little noisy at times."
