"Absolutely enchanting!! This is run by a couple with their kids and nephew - the took ruins and transformed it into a beautiful retreat for tourists. The suite was gorgeous and spacious. Loved the contrast of the dark wood and the stone/bricks. We had views of the mountains and it was so peaceful. Breakfast was included with delicious coffee and variety of baked goods, jambon, and fruit. The family is well traveled and it was lovely sharing stories of our travels. "Tanto patricia como daniel hacen que te sientas como en casa, un lugar donde el silencio se disfruta y unas casas muy acogedoras que no les falta de nada,ha sido todo un acierto conocer las casas rurales 4 valles, sin duda repetiremos ah y mis mascotas peludas han estado felices con tanto verde alrededor 😃"

"Not a four star hotel! They falsely claim:
-Bar / Lounge coffee shop (there is no insight dining
-no meeting rooms or area to work
-made to order breakfast, they will make you an omelette
-outdoor terrace ( old lawn furniture sitting on patch of dead grass)
-rude owner who should not be in the “hospitality” industry
-this is much more a bed and breakfast experience not a 4 star hotel"

"Reservations were made via the Expedia website. Upon arrival in the early evening the hotel was closed. Caution using the website for bookings. Suggest calling properties to confirm reservations to avoid this problem. "
