"We had a great experience here. It was clean, with great staff, and had good complimentary breakfast every morning. What more can you ask for? It’s also in the heart of Prato, a fairly quiet community, with easy access to Florence. The train station is a 10 minute walk away. Pay 2.80 Euros for a one-way ticket from Prato Centrale to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. The trains back to Prato run pretty late as well, so you don’t have to worry about rushing back to the hotel. If we were to come back to Florence (and vicinity) I would definitely consider staying here again."

"Excellent option. Only some issues with the room service. We were three in each of the rooms and there was no chance to make the personnel that prepared/cleaned the rooms to understand they needed to give un plates and cups for three people. Also had to ask for toillet paper. On the contrary the personnel at the breakfast area was absolutelly great. In particular Mrs Tyss, she was really kind and attentive."

"Staff were awesome! Hotel is beautiful. Would stay again. Beds were super comfortable. Best sleep we got in Italy. This resort was a nice break from the city visits. The spa was nice, but the open hours made it difficult to plan days to visit areas like Pisa and Florence and spend time there without missing the spa closing. We did not have breakfast or lunch at the resort but we did have dinner. As someone who is accustomed to fine dining, it was disappointing. Food was under seasoned and lacked depth of flavor. I would definitely stay here again! Just next time venture down the way 5 minutes to a local restaurant. ☺️"
