"We had a clean room and we LOVED the beds. The mattresses were firm and comfortable as well as the lines felt nicely and the covert very puffy. We loved the fresh fruits (papaya, pineapple and cantaloupe) and we were surprised that the bread was fresh as well since sometimes in other hotels the bread ..."

"Host left me high and dry. Thankfully I arrived to Monterrey early and had time to figure something out. DO NOT BOOK. When the host finally contacted me he told me he was not even aware he had a booking."
