"Check in is at 3:00pm. We got there about 15 minutes earlier and we were told the room wasn’t ready and that’s perfectly fine cause we did get there early. But 3:00pm flew by it was 3:30pm and we were still in the lobby waiting for our room. We didn’t get a room until after 4:00pm. My toddler, husband ..."
