"We had an amazing stay at Casa Iscaja. Owners were highly responsive to questions at all times (both before and during our stay), and extremely helpful with recommendations before we arrived. Elieth and Gerado are amazing hosts, they take care of the place with immense pride. Breakfast every morning provided by Elieth was exceptional and an absolute treat, and she readily accommodated our family schedule in the process. Google translate easily remedied the language barrier.The house really is a private oasis, yet Samara is easily accessible for excursions, trips to town, etc.5-star experience!!!"

"This is an amazing property in a very peaceful setting away from the hustle bustle of tourists. The pool area and the grounds overall are absolutely stunning! They have a beach club which is a few steps down from the property and that was the perfect walk for us every day. They also have golf carts to take you there if you don’t care to walk. The service was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I had asked them to put some flowers and a bottle of winner in our room when we checked in. They went over and above and decorated the room with balloons and even brought us cake :) The food was great too, especially the breakfast! My only complaint was the age of the rooms. They are a little dated. But the staff said that they are going to kick off a remodel soon. Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful start at this place! Highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in Costa Rica!"

"The house is gorgeous and has everything you could need. Gabby is an excellent host, and Henry takes great care of the property. Silvie is amazing, and her daily visits to clean made us feel spoiled. Gabby helped us with couples massages, horseback riding on the beach, a fishing trip, and a private chef for dinner. All activities exceeded our expectations.There are great restaurants close by, including the closest just a short walk down the beach. There is also a tree house pizza place that was excellent.This is the ultimate spot for relaxation and spending quality time with family and friends. This area is remote with no nightlife. We had no problem driving from Liberia airport, which was about a 3-hour drive. I am already planning our next visit to this perfect slice of heaven on earth. Please do not forget to tip Silvie. She works hard to keep the house clean so you don't have to.Pura Vita!! "
