"The hotel was amazing an so was the front desk. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out because we had a very long day but the next day someone wakes us up and we're told we had to leave since check out was at 11:30 when I had extended check out to 1:30pm."

So easy to get to all the museums, food, and shopping. The restaurant/bakery is such a convenient place to get a quick breakfast, lunch, or dinner and the staff is friendly. "Close to the centre of the city with walking distance to all nearby attractions. The pool was heated, and wished they had a hot tub since the weather was chilly in July. Overall staff was pleasant and very helpful."
