"One of the oldest, if not the oldest hotels in Ravenna. Great character, very well maintained with very helpful and pleasant staff. Restaurant with inside/outside seating and great food and drink. Ideally located within easy walk to station and central to the old city Unesco sites, etc. We only stayed one night but regret not staying for more. Next time. "

"An authentic experience. Ravenna doesn't have easy access to taxis or Uber that we could see. We arrived at the train station from Rome and took the local train one stop to Classe (the South Western part of town). It was a relatively short walk from the Classe train stop using Google maps since the hotel is not visible from the stop. We ate at the on-site restaurant which is very authentic. "Muy limpio todo, buena posición, recamara cómoda, el servicio puede ser mejor, el desayuno es hasta las 10, llegue a las 9,45 y ya estaban retirando el buffet, que hay que decirlo tiene muchas cosas dulces peró casi nada de salado. También baje a las 11 de la noche por algo al bar, me contestaron que no había sin ofrecerme ninguna alternativa, le pedí entonces una botella de agua y tampoco me dijo que había frígobar el el cuarto. "My wife and I had a delightful stay at Hotel Italia prior to boarding Celebrity Eclipse on 19 September 2025. Tommaso and all the hotel staff members were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding. The lady who did housekeeping was also excellent.
