"Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my...
