"Staff was very friendly. Views from the room, restaurant, and infinity pool were amazing, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. However, the shower only had hot water for 5-10 minutes. The trolley to the river was broke, so we walked up and down 180 steps every time we went to the river and hiking trails. At the river, there was no staff to assist with launching the kayaks. The homemade meals were delicious and really appreciated the focus of keeping it Belize style. This will be a return to for us in a few years. The manager is great and shared his vast knowledge.
