Guests arriving at Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) must transfer via regional flight (17-minute trip) to the island of Ambergris Caye, arriving at the San Pedro Air Strip. The resort can arrange regional flights for guests; approximately USD 170 per person, roundtrip, will be charged. Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. Coco Beach Resort was a recommendation, and I’m glad I booked our stay here. From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service.

We didn't really get a chance to really enjoy the resort due to it being rainy season. We had one day that wasn't as wet as the others and we got out and enjoyed a couple of attractions. The food in Belize was great everywhere that we ate.

Very beautiful resort. Sea grass was in abundance at the time of my visit so I didn't get to go into the water off the property but no complaints with mother nature. Staff very nice, rooms amazing, food fantastic and pool was awesome. Would 10/10 stay here again

Visited during the first week of October . Everyone was so unbelievably professional, accommodating and welcoming. Special thanks to Sessy ( worked the night shift,) she called on my birthday asking if all was well. It was pouring and we needed a cab and umbrellas , and the phone call was right on time. Anytime my partner and I needed something, staff was always trying to support / offering alternatives . The room service was so efficient. The property itself is clean, well taken care of , and I loved the resort style. The pool and view is amazing . The food wasn’t the star of the show, but the service was outstanding. One night it was dark and raining and we lost our key and maintenance ( I believe his name was Jose,) was able to find the key in the rain, which helped us avoid a hefty fee. The shuttle to and from the airport was also a lovely accommodation. Everything about this resort was stellar!! Thank you for the wonderful experience.
