"Great resort with an awesome pool and location. The staff was extremely nice and attentive. The kids loved the water slides and pool toys. Our only complaint was the sofa bed - in my husband's words, it felt like a medieval torture device. We stayed on the 9th floor in a 1br suite. We were down the hall from the rooftop lounge. The good news is the music shuts down at 8:45. The bad news is loud people tromp down the hallway past your room for an hour after that."

The staff did their best to take care of guests considering everything that was going on. Had I known that this MAJOR renovation was happening, I would not have booked the property or paid what I paid!!! "
