"Great place to stay "

"Two mornings in row very little hot water then to get that had to run 100 gals down drain. I get started early may have been part of it. They have spent a ton of money on facility it seemed very clean and the grounds were very well kept. Breakfast is outstanding with a bit of variety every day, entire staff was very helpful and friendly. All and all if i have to return to san pedro sula i would likely stay there again. "

"The location is right in the center of SPS, so it’s very close to the city mall. The pool seemed more decorative than functional. Check-in was a bit difficult because the receptionist didn’t speak English at all. Breakfast was one of the best features of the stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The bathroom was spacious besides a few small cleaning details were missed. There was a guard at the entrance, which made us feel secure, and he was very helpful with all of our baggage. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"I got a bad room! The corner which is smaller! Seems like when you book through expedia you het this done. Also the terrace by the pool was loud music!"

"When I read the ad, it said free Internet. Unfortunately, there was no internet. And then they're very picky with the towel, no soap. They give you only two towels. OK, and then the air conditioner was leaking all night. It's terrible. For me, it was a terrible, bad experience, but it's OK."

"I paid for this stay but never got to stay here. Could not find the place. Tried two addresses, one listed here and one listed on Google Maps. There was no sign and nothing that looked like a hotel. I couldn’t get ahold of the property by phone, but maybe that’s just an international calling issue. I did not feel safe wandering around the neighborhood lost with all my luggage so I ended up booking somewhere else last minute. Apparently support was able to get ahold of the place and confirmed it is operational, so I was denied a refund. So if you decide to stay here, make sure you can get ahold of the property beforehand and get specific directions. "
