"It was bad, from the arrival they didn't give us one of the booked rooms we booked to triple bed rooms and they gave us 1 triple and 1 single bed room, the so called breakfast was a piece of bread, not a continental breakfast, also the rooms not cleaned by housekeeping and had roaches (i have pictures), and when informed to the staff they just ignored us, this is not right to charge us so much for what, we paid for something we didn't get and also we had to kinda sleep with roaches and bad...
