"When we arrived at the hotel the front door was so heavy that I actually thought it was locked so I rang the bell which didn’t please the receptionist. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. We had a balcony but OMG it was filthy with broken paving slabs, numerous weeds and puddles of water. I have stayed in other 3* hotels in Spain which...

"Anytime you book a place based on pictures, it can go either way. This location looked amazing, and it was! We were met by Babai who assisted us with check in. I hadn't brought euros to pay for parking and her patience with me while I flustered through going to ATMs and calling my bank to unlock my accounts was heroic! Thank you Babai! "Great Location and service"

"The location was great, the room was clean, but the WC was the tiniest we have ever experienced on our travels all around the world. The kitchen did not work so we could not manage to prepare a basic breakfast. So the room price was, mildly put, far too high."

"The hotel is in a perfect location. Parking is a nightmare although the hotel itself has parking (it was just very difficult to find). I wouldn’t let the parking sway anyone from staying here though given how convenient and close the hotel was to the major attractions. "
