"We went on a tour of Sicily in May 2025, and only spent one night at Dimora Cottanera - but it was our favourite stay of the vacation! The grounds and the views were stunning, the facilities first-class and our room was amazing. But the absolute highlight was the wine tasting, which was so much fun and incredible value. "This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic! 3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely! 4) Restaurant: Probably the best meal we had in sicily. Incredibly creative, beautifully plated dishes. Props to the chef! 5) The rooms - baroque revival, with hand painted ceilings, just amazing. Comfy beds and nice rainfall showers in bathroom. "
