"Our stay at Hotel Mediterraneo was beyond spectacular. We had a large family room, which was perfect for our family of 5, spacious and well designed. Our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi area, and we found it was a perfect place to relax and have a spritz in the sun after long days of sightseeing in Sorrento. While not in the city center, we took advantage of the convenient shuttle and found it to be a pleasant walk. We preferred our location to being in the busier center of town. The included breakfast was incredible, both the food and the views. But it was the staff that really made our stay truly special - the entire concierge team was warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful, and the breakfast and pool staff were friendly and accommodating. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could. Especially traveling with 3 young children, we never felt they were a bother or a disruption - they were treated with the utmost kindness. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. We will certainly be back! "

"The view from my room was the highlight of my trip. The room is small but you have everything you might need. Antonio and his daughter were a pleasure to deal with. If you come here, take the time to enjoy their terrace with lounge chairs and amazing views of the ocean and cliffs. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s family operated."

They made sure we had everything we needed and were there to help with anything, luggage, recommendations, directions, it was great! They had a very wide selection for breakfast and had a bar and restaurant attached to the hotel that made our first night super easy! Overall a great stay!"

"Amazing hotel. It was super clean (updated modern rooms), friendly staff, breakfast included. Walking distance to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to visit the main spots via the port (Amalfi, Positano, Capri). Highly recommend"

"Bright, clean, lobby and room—well-located a five minute walk to the main busy section of town, and a two minute walk to the Sorrento train station with access to Pompeii and Napoli. Reception was friendly and was able to provide access to my room a couple hours in advance of check-in time when I arrive around 11:30am. If room had not been ready they had confirmed luggage could be stored prior checkin or after checkout. Bed was comfortable, the pillows were so-so. Regular and usb charger outlet right in bed headboard. WiFi signal was strong but I wonder if over capacity, internet wasn’t loading on my phone. Great water pressure and hot water. Towels were clean. AC worked well. I didn’t use the TV so can’t comment on this. Other amenities: In-room safe, wardrobe, small luggage storage area, small desk with an informal soft seat, bidet. Open rooftop terrace with lounge seating. Would stay again. "
