They were very responsive via Expedia message and WhatsApp and were able to help me book tours (Capri tour was very fun and well worth it), book taxis etc. the hotel is walking steps where you can catch a bus back and forth to Positano. Much less than a taxi and totally fine. The food in the hotel was great including the free breakfast( lots of baked sweet treats). They cleaned our room more than once a day and were so detailed. I had flowers and came back to them in a vase with water. They truly work to take care of every need. I would definitely recommend and come back."
