Beautiful peaceful stay

Such a lovely home! Incredible views; incredible decor and cozy home. Beautiful balconies to drink in the dining views of the sea and beyond. The owners are fantastic! We would stay again!

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Unterkunft, alles top. Liebenswerte Gastgeber. Pietro und Maria standen uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wenn wir wieder mal nach Kalabrien reisen sollten, dann wieder hierher. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Gebrek aan privacy

Mooie locatie en prachtig uitzicht, maar helaas klopt de omschrijving van deze villa niet helemaal. De eigenaars laten na om te vermelden in de omschrijving dat ze zelf tussen de villa en het zwembad verblijven. Bij het huren van een vakantiewoning is privacy voor ons van top prioriteit. Daar komt dan nog eens bovenop dat de eigenaar op de voorlaatste dag 4 andere gasten liet verblijven in zijn kamer! We werden hiervan op de hoogte gesteld nadat deze personen reeds toekwamen. Ons protest werd genegeerd door de eigenaar die de volgende ochtend gewoon 'sorry' kwam zeggen. We hebben vervolgens klacht neergeled bij Vrbo maar het is duidelijk dat deze organisatie geen confrontatie wil aangaan met een eigenaar, want laten we duidelijk zijn, Vrbo is een platform om de rechten van eigenaars zoveel mogelijk te behartigen.

Einfach nur fantastisch - besonders der Pool!

Wir waren drei Wochen im Juli/August 2022 bei Pietro zu Gast. Wir sind mega zufrieden, es war wunderschön! Pietro ist ein sehr ruhiger, geduldiger, unaufdringlicher und absolut freundlicher Gastgeber. Der Hauptgrund, warum wir uns für das Haus entschieden haben, war der Pool! Er hat unsere Erwartungen sogar überstiegen! Er war größer und so tief (Schräge ab Mitte - tiefste Stelle ca. 1,60 Meter!), dass man sowohl Kopfsprung machen als auch mehrere Züge schwimmen konnte. Der Pool war immer sauber und wurde durch Pietro instand gehalten. Auch die Möbel um den Pool herum (Liegen und Lounge) waren sauber und in gutem Zustand. Zur Küche: Alles ist da, was man braucht, um einfach aber lecker zu kochen - die Ausstattung ist ein Sammelsurium aus verschiedenen Designs und vielleicht auch etwas überfüllt und kitschig. :-) Allerdings ist das sicherlich eine sehr subjektive Einschätzung. Die Betten waren ordentlich und sauber. In zwei Schlafzimmern gab es eine Klima-Anlage. Mückennetze gibt es an jedem Fenster und an allen Wohnungs- und Terrassentüren. Das Haus selbst war tatsächlich mückenfrei. Die Mücken waren dort wirklich nicht nice, aber dafür kann Pietro nichts. Wir haben Tonic bis zum Abwinken getrunken und auch Autan versucht - vergeblich. :-( Dadurch waren wir gezwungen, die Abende lieber im Haus zu verbringen, was schade war, weil es viele Möglichkeiten gibt, wo man zusammen abhängen kann: - unten am Pool (überdachte, kleine Lounge) - auf der Terrasse direkt über dem Pool (ebenfalls überdacht) - direkt vor dem Hauseingang - im Haus selbst (tatsächlich gibt es da zwei Tische, einen riesengroß für ca. 12 Leute, einen kleinen, der am Fenster steht und von dem man aus eine sehr schöne Aussicht am Abend hat, wenn man gerade vor den Mücken geflohen ist). - Auf der Terrasse im ersten Stock des Hauses, allerdings fast den gesamten Tag in der prallen Sonne. Zum Haus gesamt: Absolut nicht barrierefrei, aber das ist bei der Hanglage und den vielen Treppen auch klar. Praktisch, dass es in jedem Stockwerk ein Badezimmer gibt. Die Bäder waren absolut in Ordnung und sauber. Zur Lage: Der Berg ist heftig hoch, aber die Lage auch einfach wunderschön. Es ist sehr ruhig. Wenn man Lärm hört, dann sind das irgendwelche Hunde in der Ferne. Ansonsten bleibt man von Landwirtschaft oder Verkehrslärm unbehelligt. Es bleibt nur, Danke zu sagen, lieber Pietro, wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Relax totale

Weekend di Pasqua trascorso in relax con tutti i confort che offre la struttura, Pietro e la sua famiglia ci hanno accolto come dei vecchi amici, esperienza positiva, peccato solo per il clima che non era dei migliori e per questo non abbiamo potuto godere appieno di tutto quello che offre questa sistemazione, tipo la piscina , molto bella , comunque esperienza che rifarei sicuramente

Ein wunderschönes Domizil mit überragendem Ausblick

Wir wurden herzlich von Pietro, dem Vermieter, empfangen. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, die Ausstattung hervorragend. Wir mussten uns nicht einmal um Essig und Öl, Toilettenpapier etc kümmern, alles war bereits da. Auch der Pool war sauber und exklusiv für uns, wie beschrieben. Den ganzen Tag kann man dort unbeobachtet und mitten in der Natur verbringen. Sehr zu empfehlen für eine Auszeit vom stressigen Alltag! Für Rückfragen stand Pietro immer zur Verfügung. Ich als Katzenfreund genoss auch sehr die Gesellschaft der liebevollen kleinen verschmusten Katzen aus der Umgebung. Keine Angst, es sind keine "Kratzbürsten" :-) und sehr reinlich.
