I absolutely love it at this resort. From the moment we checked in the staff was super accommodating and attentive. The food selection was great and many places to eat on the property. The property was absolutely beautiful and the pools were lovely to swim in, but they closed at 7 which was too early imo. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The entertainment was great and there were a lot of food options, but unfortunately most were not tasty. Unfortunately the beef was almost always undercooked, but the chicken was always perfect. Overall, I had a great time and the staff and facility was beautiful. Also tons and tons of crabs by the ocean lol!
Bring food for the strays! There’s tons on the kittens on property and they’re very sweet

The resort was great. The room the AC didn't cool the room down. The whole week the fire alarm in the hallway was beeping because the battery need to be replaced. I asked the first desk every day for 6 days and it never stopped beeping or the battery got changed out.

This resort was great. The staff was super friendly and outgoing. They did speak little English but they try to communicate. Use the translate app it was a help. The AC broke night one and the Internet broke night 2 but overall it was great.

Nice and relaxing.

No beach at property but and snorkeling and beautiful views. And a shuttle to the beach that was very prompt and regular. Food was fine but nothing special. It was a quiet and relaxing resort.

Dining was very bland and hard to get into reservations? Massage was NOT worth $70. The windows in the room had horrible curtains so they was always so much sunlight when trying to sleep. Rooms were hot, we moved the bed in front of the air conditioning. The bars closed at 11pm at an All-Adults resort? The pools closed earlier and staff put our stuff in Lost & Found when we were swimming during daylight ? Took three days to get it back because they just kept telling us they didn’t have it without looking? Horrible experience .
