Great place! Apartment for 5 people impecable. Great service and kindness from reception desk. Beautiful place to snorkel and dive due to rocky small cliffs. Not the place if you look more for sandy beaches. Stayed there with 3 kids and had a great time. Strongly recommended.

When I checked in, I noticed that there were no towels in the room. Two lamps in the bedroom were unplugged simply because the plugs were unsuitable for the outlets. The television did not work. I tried to arrange for a massage for the following day. No one would answer the spa phone. In fact, no one is around to help you after 7:00 pm. The food at the restaurant on the grounds was overpriced and underwhelming. Finally, the resort advertised transportation to the airport. I arranged a trip through the information desk. It was to be paid for by credit card. However, the driver apparently did not know and wanted $100 cash. Be aware that they add on 18% for the right to use a credit card.

Staff very nice and well trained, check in was 5 minutes, a very big room with everything new. Very well maintained inside and out. Ice cold A/C. Could benefit from more bed sheets and more pillows. The food is very good too. Felt safe walking alone at night. Definitely one of the best places to stau in bayahibe.

It was spacious, confortable and with different areas to spend time and enjoy. Good A/C in common areas and rooms. An elevator would be good to get to the 3rd floor as well as conforters in the beds and not just the bed sheets.

Séjour au Tracadero Luxury – Très décevant, je ne recommande pas ! Cet hôtel se présente comme un établissement de luxe, mais le service ne correspond absolument pas au prix payé. • Restauration : à fuir ! Petit-déjeuner facturé 18 dollars pour… un croissant et une part de tarte. Même à Paris, dans les plus grandes pâtisseries, c’est moins cher et bien meilleur. Ici, la qualité n’était vraiment pas au rendez-vous. • Excursions : très mauvaise organisation. Aucune information claire donnée à la réservation, et nous nous sommes retrouvés bloqués sur des activités incompatibles avec nos enfants en bas âge, alors que j’avais bien précisé ce point à l’hôtesse. • Parking : malgré une suite “luxury”, aucune place réservée. Lors des soirées, on nous a simplement dit d’aller nous garer à 500 m, dans un parking désert. • Boutique : rarement ouverte. Quand j’ai demandé les horaires, on m’a répondu que “cela dépend des jours”. Une hôtesse a fini par accepter d’ouvrir mais m’a demandé directement si j’allais acheter ou juste regarder… une attitude surprenante pour ce type d’établissement. • Départ : la restitution de la caution a été laborieuse. L’hôtesse a refusé de la rendre immédiatement et a inspecté minutieusement l’appartement (ampoules, tiroirs, lumières, etc.) avant de céder. En résumé, un hôtel qui vend l’image du luxe mais dont les services, la restauration et l’accueil ne justifient absolument pas les tarifs pratiqués. Une expérience que je ne recommande pas.

The grounds are beautiful pools ocean cabanas but its very quiet only 1resturant on the grounds. Very few people a lot if 1 day passes are issued. Room was nice

The property was clean and had nice pools. The food was good as well but I will love to see more activity at night so we didn't have to drive to Bayahibe town. Otherwise all was great and we will be back again

Tracadero is amazing. The various pools, the staff service and the location are some of the things that make it a great vacation spot. The area is quiet and safe. The pool staff are excellent and the food was pretty tasty too, at a reasonable price. Only suggestion: we arrived early, and while they allowed us to use the pool while our room was being cleaned, it was impossible to get towel ahead of our room being ready (beach towels are in the rooms). It’s hard to use the pool with no towel, so would recommend they change this practice. We also had no bath towels in the room. Despite this, we’ll definitely come back!
