Las fotos de la publicación no son un fiel reflejo de lo que es el lugar. Al llegar nos sentimos decepcionados. La habitación era muy chica. En la publicación ofrecen parking gratuito, y no es así! Tuvimos que dejar el auto en la calle porque los estacionamientos estaban a 20 cuadras aprox. El personal que estaba a cargo no sabía dar indicaciones y cada vez que les preguntamos algo no supieron darnos una respuesta clara. El desayuno era pobre, y las tostadas siempre estuvieron quemadas...

no me pude hospedar . ellos argumentaron q hoteles .com no les envio la solicitud d reserva.no se q paso pero san rafael estaba colapsado d gente x el dakar y a mi no me guardaron el lugar.estuve buscando hospedaje con el equipaje x toda la ciudad durante varias horas

las chicas de la mañana muy atentas.los chicos de la tarde su unica funcion sentarse frente a la computadora,con el minimo sentido de colaboracion,Nos indicaron 3 lugares para cenar los cuales estaban cerrados.la habitacion pinot noir siempre con olor a baño ,todos estos comentarios lo dejamos escrito en el hotel,en una tarjeta de los restaurant que nos recomendaron y estaba cerrado

Problemas con la Pileta y agua caliente

La pileta estaba con el agua sucia y no había agua caliente en la ducha. El hotel es lindo y limpio. Lo malo es que la pileta no estaba limpia como uno espera que esté y el agua de la ducha no salía caliente.

A Quièn correspoda: El hotelito,nos parececío acojedor,como es un hotel pequenito,nos pareció encantador. La habitaciòn estuve bien,solo que lehicimos el comentario a la recepcionita que habia olor a degue estantaco en el baño. Las reposeras en la piscina de las 6 que había 4 estaban rotas.Las almohodas muy altas para mi. El personal muy amable con toda la información que nos brindo! Desayuno muy bueno! Gracias
