"Todo estuvo muy bien el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de taquerías restaurantes supermercados y de paseo reforma. Disfrutamos del evento del mundial a pocas calles y si te gusta caminar puedes llegar a bellas artes caminando. La zona no me parece insegura aunque en México ya al anocher en cualquier lugar es mejor estar en el hotel. No es un hotel de lujo pero para los que vamos a turistear y solo a dormir está más que bueno. El personal nada fuera de lo normal, amables y atentos."

"Excessively hot room with no a/c. Spoke to the front desk twice and the manager who told me they would relocate me to a less stiflinglyhit room but it never happened. I gave up asking. The hotel also has very strict policies about having guests visiting and threaten to add an additional 50% to your room charge if the guest goes to your room. With all this I most definitely would not stay there again. And would encourage travellers to read all the other reviews, there is a long history of poor...
