"Excellent location, walking distance to all attractions, beach, old city and Pincho bars. The staff were amazing, and helped us figure out what tours to take and they even made all the reservations for us on line. The restaurant at the hotel Narru was also excellent and so convenient. Great menu and wonderful food. I highly recommend this hotel, will definitely rebook Arbaso if I revisit San Sebastián again."

She goes above and beyond to make your stay wonderful with delicious breakfast every morning, laundry service. The location is unbeatable for the best restaurants, good, and close to the beach, it is in a bustling neighborhood which can be loud but with the windows closed tight I could barely hear anything. The shower pressure was TOP notch! We would 100% stay here again in Donostia-SB. We felt like...

"Beautiful hotel right in front of concha beach. Had a very homely feel. As if you were staying at a friend’s fabulously tasteful house. Very lovely bedroom , comfortable bed and quiet ( in the night ) despite being right in front of the beach. Easy to walk into the old town- five minutes walk. "

"The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall."
