"We were 5 and stayed in the 8 beds room. The heater was switched on and beds were made when we arrived late in the afternoon. Aitor was there to welcome us and gave us a tour of the house which was recently renovated in mid 2022. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was the best we had during our 5 days trip in Pais Vasco. We ordered dinner from a local takeaway as we were too tired to go out. "We have just had three nights here and what a fantastic three nights they were. The property is lovely and in the perfect location, just a short stroll from old town (5 mins) and new town (5 mins). Despite being so central it was very quiet, and we had two balconies with our room (204!) including a glimpse of the sea! All the staff were lovely and friendly, and provided a map with recommendations. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you "
