"My wife and I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels around the world, and this one -- particularly the staff (helpful at every turn, wonderfully engaging; breakfast) rank among the best ever -- if not THE best ever. Convenient, too, across from Atocha train center and the top two museums within easy walking distance. Absolutely loved it...and will return when next in Madrid."

"Room was super. Air conditioning was not great, maintenance tried to fix twice. Too hot, not a lot of privacy if travelling with someone that you don’t want them to see you showering. This was a space theme room, other rooms may be different. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, good shower, mini fridge in room. The whole room had remote control blinds, dripdown TV"
