Nice and quiet flat in an exceptional location. Right in the centre, next to the main shopping area of the city and a few steps away from cafes, restaurants and local businesses, but without sacrificing peace and quiet. From here you can walk to La Concha beach in just a few minutes, stroll to the old town or go shopping just by leaving the door.
The Euskotren station is two minutes away from the accommodation, which will allow you to make excursions to towns and destinations in the province without the need for a car.
The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two large single beds. Both of them have windows to the inner courtyard, which will allow you to rest without any noise problem. The kitchen, renovated and fully equipped, is integrated in the common area, which also has a dining table and a comfortable sofa chaise-longue. The balcony overlooks a quiet street with hardly any traffic or noise. A recently renovated bathroom with a large shower completes the flat.
In short, an ideal place to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing with family or friends.

Smart apartment in great location
This is a smart apartment, decent sized . The kitchen is well equipped for very occasional cooking. The location is fantastic - far quieter than being closer to the old town but an easy and pleasant 15mins away and with coffee shops and bars on the doorstep should you wish . Easy 10-15min walk to beach . There is a little noise in the apartment from neighbours and outside due to its configuration and the fact the windows need to be open given the heat (we were there at a particularly warm time but even when the temperature dropped, given no aircon which is really needed you can’t avoid opening the windows) but it’s far quieter than being in the old town. The managing agents are fantastic which is a real bonus for this flat as this is hard to come by. We can’t thank Roman enough for his assistance.
