Wonderful apartment with 3 terraces, a panoramic view over La Concha Bay, air conditioning in all rooms and optional parking in the same building.

Located on the fifth floor of a recently built building equipped with a spacious elevator, La Concha Terrace apartment is located just 400 meters from La Concha Beach. Equipped with air conditioning both in the living room and in both bedrooms, the apartment stands out for its three terraces : The northeast terrace, with direct access from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom, boasts for a stunning panoramic view over the bay of La Concha and the city center. It also has an outdoor dining area for four people and two hammocks. The southeast terrace, with direct access from the second bedroom, offers additional space equipped with two sun loungers. From this terrace, guests can access the impressive upper terrace, that highlights for an impressive 360º panoramic view over both La Concha Bay and the entire city. It has another outdoor dining area for four people and two more sun loungers.

The apartment inside has a Nordic style decoration and comes with a living-dining room with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms fully equipped with comfortable showers. The living room has direct access to the north-east terrace with its panoramic views over the city. It has a large-format Smart TV, a three-seater sofa, a mustard-tone armchair and a dining table for four people. The open-concept kitchen is very bright, fully equipped with high-end appliances and offers direct access to the north-east terrace, that is equipped with an outdoor dining area for four people. The master bedroom, with direct access to the north-east terrace with views of La Concha Bay, offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, offers direct access to the southeast terrace.

The apartment is also heated for the winter months and is equipped with a free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection. Due to its location, its panoramic views, the three terraces, the installation of air conditioning in all rooms and the optional parking in the same building, La Concha Terrace apartment is one of our most outstanding accommodations in San Sebastian.

Lovely flat. Perfect location

Spacious, modern, and great views It might be nice to be greeted at the apartment rather than needing to find the office and then locate the building once you have the key. There should be a better coffee machine and perhaps some kitchen basics like salt and pepper, napkins

Basque in the sun and pintxo

Amazing views in a location convenient for dining, surfing and just hanging out is a winning combination that is literally hard to find! We circled the blocks several times using apple maps as a guide and ultimately had to send someone on foot. This may have been easier for someone who is not new to the town/construction closures/ one way streets. Once we were in we could not have been happier with our choice.

Small apartment but great views

The apartment is small but very clean. Great views from all the decks. Address was difficult to find using gps. Parking is available for an extra fee. No air conditioning but they had a few fans. Overall a good experience for 2 couples.

Water , milk maybe even a few beers in the fridge ( at least some basics ) More towels for a 4 night stay . I know there is a washing machine but I think for a week or less you don’t want to have to wash towels ( 1 towel each is a bit poor ) Would be better and a nicer level of service to have someone meet you at the accommodation with keys instead of having to find the office / drop box .

La Concha Terrace is a lovely, apartment with beautiful views across San Sebastián. It is just a short stroll from the beaches, old town and shops. It is very modern, comfortable and quiet, perhaps due, in part, to being situated in the 5th floor (top). The outside spaces are a real bonus (even though our weather didn’t allow for much use!) We felt that for such a top end apartment for 4 adults it would have been good to have a few more drinking glasses and maybe a few basics in the kitchen such as oil, salt and pepper. These are not things you really want to buy for a week’s holiday. Also, although both bedrooms have lovely big wardrobes with plenty of hanging space there wasn’t really anywhere for smaller or folded clothing. Perhaps the bedside tables could be a small set of drawers rather than ‘open’.

Incredible views, great location, modern, cramped interior

This apartment on the top floor of a new building has absolutely stunning views of the San Sebastien La Concha Beach, Monte Igueldo and Monte Urgull, and Santa Clara Island, as well as old town. The private outdoor spaces are extensive, on both sides of the building as well as the roof. Old town itself is only a 5-10 minute walk away, and the beach is 5 minutes, with a dozen good restaurants between the apartment and old town. The interior is modern, clean, and has all the electrical items and appliances you would need, although there is only a washer and no dryer. The problems with the apartment are mostly that it is very, very small, at least by US standards. The bedrooms were so small that there was no room for our suitcases between the bed and the wall. There is no furniture in the bedrooms, and the only place to store clothing is the closets, with 8 hangers per bedroom and very limited shelving. The sitting room and kitchen have enough room to sit, although only seating for 3 in the sitting room. There is no desk, and no place to put coats. The optional dedicated garage parking space was extremely convenient, and I highly recommend getting it if you have a car. Like most European garages, it is tight for anything bigger than a subcompact car. The apartment is very private as well, with only 2 apartments per floor accessible by the elevator. All in all we really enjoyed this apartment and I'd recommend it for a stay in San Sebastien.

Great apartment

San Sebastian is a great city, and when visiting SS this apartment makes it even better. In particular thr Great views from the terrace. But the apartment offers also a lot of space and fully-equipped apartment inside. Central location, close to Concha beach and Mercado San Martin. Still very quiet at night for a good sleep. The apartment also offers a rooftop terrace with even better views, but this terrace is not sufficiently cosy to take the effort to climb the stairs to reach it. It should be considered to make this rooftop more attractive

Vistas espectaculares y estancia perfecta

Alojamiento estupendo de obra nueva con enorme terraza muy práctica la opción a parking en el mismo edificio. Destacan las vistas a toda la Bahía de la Concha, sin duda el mejor mirador. Tranquilidad máxima en calle peatonal a dos pasos de la playa y de la Catedral. Todo tal cual las imagenes publicadas. Inmejorable el trato en la entrega de llaves.
