An sich alles in Ordnung. Personal ist nicht übermäßig freundlich und fragte Z. B. Nicht wie unser Aufenthalt war, ob alles in Ordnung war. Das schlimmste war der Gestank, der aus der Dusche kam. So stark, dass man fast nicht schlafen konnte. Da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, haben wir nichts gesagt und wollten beim Check out darauf hinweisen. Hier zeigte man jedoch keinerlei Interesse, ob der Aufenthalt ok war.

Bien malgré quelques points négatifs

Points forts sur l'hôtel : chambres vraiment au calme ( donnant soit sur le parc, soit sur l'esplanade), chambres relativement grandes (ça dépend lesquelles), modernes, propres, emplacement pas dans le centre mais proche gare et avec des commerces autour notamment un supermarché assez grand. En réalité la plage de la Concha doit être à 15 min de marche. Points faibles : nous avions réservé 2 chambres différentes pour 2 soirs et le personnel ne s'est pas arrangé pour qu'on n'ait pas à changer de chambre. Gros point négatif : on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres !

Soggiorno Fuori dal centro

Hotel con attenzione al design e alla sostenibilità. Purtroppo in una zona non eccezionale nè comoda della città, soprattutto considerando i lavori alla stazione, che è proprio dietro l’hotel. Rispetto a tutto questo il rapporto qualità prezzo è decisamente alto. Nota positiva al perdonale, invece, che è molto gentile.

En general ha sido buena, lo único es que no tenía fácil acceso en coche el parking estaba en otro bloque distinto al hotel. Por cierto en la ducha las juntas no estaban al 100% limpias.

Es un edificio muy original, las habitaciones en estilo industrial. A nosotros nos gustó mucho, pero seguro que hay diversidad de opiniones al respecto. El personal de recepción, muy amable y resolutivo. En el baño faltan espacios donde dejar las cosas; se ha priorizado la estética ante la practicidad. La zona no es lo que más nos ha gustado. El concepto "gimnasio -sauna" es algo exagerado. Se reduce a 3 máquinas y a una saunita doméstica donde sólo caben dos personas . Al menos su uso es gratuito, pero es meramente ornamental.

Isolation phonique compliqué car nous avons entendu des couinements de 22h à 1h du matin quasiment sans interruption, un grincement qui accompagnait les couinements, les voitures à l’extérieur malgré les fenêtres fermées. Des fissures ont été constatées dans la salle de bain, le pommeau de douche va tomber attention à vos têtes !!! Quand au parking, explications très évasives à l’accueil de l’hôtel, nous avons payé 26€ la nuit de parking, mais il a fallu repayer 28€ à la borne du parking car les tickets fournis ne fonctionnait pas ! Inadmissible ! Très mauvaise expérience !

Nice stay in a historic renovated tabac factory converted into design hotel and cultural center. The room is spacious and comfortable bed. No noise form outside but maybe the sound from the old pipe and the outstanding golden pipe all around the hotel. The buffet breakfast is just ok for 18€ and you need to ask for the coffee and the different kinds of eggs at the bar.
